The Touareg Trust provides high quality student accommodation at our award-winning development Paragon, in Brentford in West London. Touareg is a subsidiary of the Presentation Group.
Paragon was developed for Thames Valley University and is now owned and run by the Touareg Trust. There are over 800 homes for students at Paragon, as well as a landmark academic building and retail space. The ground-breaking project was built using a modular system with the individual homes constructed off-site, which is efficient and cost-effective, and ensures high standards.
Our commitment
Touareg aims to offer all of the residents at Paragon an excellent level of service and ensure that it is a pleasant place to live for everyone. Our staff form the onsite team, which is led by the Paragon Manager. Each of our Residence officers is responsible for their own group of flats and can give personal attention to ensure that everyone is happy and able to enjoy their accommodation.
There are always members of our administrative or security staff at Reception, so there is always someone available to offer help and advice. In addition, senior students, known as wardens, are responsible for their own group of flats and can provide support and assistance throughout the week.
Presentation
Touareg’s parent organisation is Presentation, a social investment agency committed to community regeneration. Through its group organisations and strategic partnerships Presentation seeks to influence the wider community and drive forward positive change.
Presentation provides social housing for around 12,000 people, with 6,000 homes under management and in development, primarily in London, the Medway corridor and the Luton and Bedford corridor. It also champions sustainable development and community regeneration and works with its group organisations to deliver community investment, shared ownership for key workers and sheltered housing.
