Staff
Paragon has a dedicated management team that works onsite in an office by Reception in F Block.
Our office is normally open on Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 4pm. Here you can find Touareg staff who can help and advise you on all matters related to your accommodation.

Reception and security
Reception, which is at the entrance to Paragon, is staffed at all times. Security officers are based here overnight and at weekends, monitoring access and patrolling the site. Residents with any immediate queries or concerns outside office hours should contact our Security team at Reception.
Student wardens
Student wardens are senior members of the student community, employed by Paragon to provide assistance and support to residents. Each warden is primarily responsible for a particular section of the accommodation and all residents are invited to get to know their own warden.
You can get in touch with wardens at any time, including outside office hours, by contacting them through Reception.
