We’re delighted that you are interested in staying at Paragon. Our award-winning, high quality flats provide the perfect setting for you to work and relax, and we make every effort to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
All guests who stay at Paragon are invited to play their part in making life here enjoyable and pleasant for everyone. We include some simple guidelines in our booking agreement. (For any student considering a longer stay, there is further guidance in the Students’ Licence Agreement and Handbook. You can download copies of both of these from lower down this web page).
To make a booking
Please contact the Paragon Office by telephone or email. We will check availability and send you a booking form. Please note that for short-stay accommodation (periods up to three months) full payment is required in advance and a refundable deposit may also be requested.

If you want to come in to see us, the Paragon office is next to Paragon Reception at the entrance to the student accommodation, which is just off Boston Manor Road. Our address is: Paragon, Boston Park Road, Brentford, London TW8 9QW.
The office is normally open throughout the year, excluding public holidays, during these hours:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 6pm
- Saturdays and Sundays, 8am to 4pm

Payment
Payments for short-term accommodation must be made in advance. You can pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card, UK Bankers draft or sterling travellers cheques. UK Bankers drafts should be made payable to Touareg Trust Rent Account.
Please note that Touareg will not accept cash or Housing Benefit payments under any circumstances.
