If you book a short-term stay at Paragon the services that we provide are a little different to those offered to students staying during term-time as we recognise that your circumstances are different.
Short-term stays include bed linen and a towel. We also clean the study bedrooms and communal areas weekly. Rubbish and recycling is removed daily.
You are welcome to use the communal kitchen and dining area in your flat. However, we don’t provide crockery, cutlery or cooking implements. From early 2008 there will be a cafeteria on our site.
Please note that all of our accommodation is non-smoking.

If you want to come in to see us, the Paragon office is next to Paragon Reception at the entrance to the student accommodation, which is just off Boston Manor Road. The office is normally open throughout the year, excluding public holidays, during these hours:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 6pm
- Saturdays and Sundays, 8am to 4pm
