You are expected to occupy the accommodation that you have been allocated for the whole period covered by the tenancy agreement.
We will only accept early termination of our agreement with you if you find a replacement occupant and Touareg Trust approves the arrangement.
You will be liable for the rent until the new resident takes up occupation and will be charged a fee to cover administrative costs.
